UAB "Piro grupė" produces rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) thermal insulation panels.

Panels are made from two main components: polyol and polyisocyanate, which participate in the polymerization reaction, and additives. During the production process, the materials used are mixed and poured onto a special coating, they expand and in a special conveyor take shape and stabilize (harden), cool down, and are formed into products. The production line is fully automated from raw material submission to production to product packaging.

Our factory is located near the town of Šilagalys (Panevėžys district), right next to the strategic road Via Baltica (E67) and, according to its geographical position, is in a very grateful position from other big cities in Lithuania and the Baltic region.

Preliminary road distances to the nearest major cities:

  • Panevėžys – 10 km.;

  • Kaunas – 102 km;

  • Vilnius – 129 km;

  • Riga – 162 km;

  • Klaipėda – 239 km;

  • Tallinn – 460 km;

In production, we use a new, modern, polyurethane molding line of the Italian manufacturer HENNECKE-OMS, technically optimized and individually programmed so as to achieve maximum production results in the shortest production time, while maintaining the highest quality of products.
